Two AYBA teams were champions at the MYAS State Tournaments. 3rd Grade Boys and 8th Grade Girls came home with some hardware after battling for the State Championship in their divisions!
AYBA hosted its annual 5-on-5 tournament January 25th & 26th. 108 teams from across the state participated over the two-day tournament. Thank you all the parents, high school boys and girls basketball players, other students from different clubs, school staff and AYBA board members for all your volunteering and hard work to make this tournament a success.

AYBA’s 3 on 3 tournament is Saturday, October 26th at Albany High School. Games run from 8:00am to approximately 1:00pm. Click here for more information on the tournament and to register.

The boys and girls who completed the 10,000 Shots program were recently recognized at a boys and girls basketball game. Participants were to shoot 10,000 shots during a given period of time and track their shots on a form and submit to the AYBA board. T-shirts were awarded to those who completed the program.
Thank you to all who participated in the skills workouts. We had a lot of fun and saw some great basketball!
