Join us for a presentation about AYBA followed by a Q&A session.
Sample uniforms will be available for sizing.
Pre-Season Skills Nights for Grades 3rd-6th
Tuesday, September 22nd & Thursday, September 24th
Girls – 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Boys – 7:45pm – 8:45pm
Albany High School main and east gyms
There is no fee to participate.
Please bring your own basketball.
Player Evaluations
Sunday, September 27th.
Times to be announced.
Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to check-in and get warmed up.
BECC 2 will be available for players to stretch and begin shooting around.
Please be sure to wear your uniform from last year so the evaluators can use your number to keep track of players. If you don’t have a uniform from last year, we will have spares to borrow for evaluations.
Please note: AYBA Player Evaluations are closed sessions. Parents/guardians/grandparents/spectators are NOT allowed in the BECC or to watch from the windows. Please respect this AYBA policy.
If you have any questions or cannot attend evaluations, please send an email with your player’s name and grade to albanyhoops@gmail.com.
Practice Schedule
The final practice schedule has not yet been determined. You will be notified by your team’s coach once it has been finalized and it will be available in TeamSnap.
Coaches
If you are interested in coaching this year you must complete a Coach Application (even if you have coached in the past). Coaches will be selected after player evaluations are complete.
