We’d like to invite all AYBA 5th and 6th grade boys and girls to take part in optional fall skills workouts. They will be held on Monday evenings starting September 30th and run for six weeks:

Monday, September 30th – 6:30p-8:00p @ Albany High School Main Gym
Monday, October 7th – 6:30p-8:00p @ Albany High School Main Gym
Monday, October 14th – 6:30p-8:00p @ Albany High School Main Gym
Monday, October 21st – 6:30p-8:00p @ Albany High School Main Gym
Monday, October 28th – 6:30p-8:00p @ Albany High School Main Gym
Monday, November 4th – 6:30p-8:00p @ Albany High School Main Gym

These workouts will focus on fundamentals and skill development. And while we plan on having a lot of fun, we will expect the boys and girls to come prepared to listen and work hard – we’re going to push them to get better. We’ve got a great group of AYBA coaches lined up to lead the sessions and we are looking forward to helping these players get better and prepared for the upcoming season.

Feel free to come to one or any of these workouts – you are not required to commit to being there for all of them.

Cost is free, but we ask that each player bring their own basketball. Please note that the gym may not be available until exactly 6:30p, so please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early.
